Module to handle height difference of 10cm

Peter Holzner is building a new module - a bit similar to parts of the RhB Albula line. The module makes it possible to handle a hight difference of 10cm. On the higher end it will have two endings to give us more flexibility in layouting. Wie can use the module not only as a straight part but also as a 90 degree curve.
